Dr. Ebele Boniface Ewulum is a SENIOR LECTURER in PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LAW Department, Faculty Of Law in Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He is a lover of knowledge and holds a PhD in Law; a father of five and a Christian. He enjoys imparting knowledge and expanding the frontiers of knowledge.
